| Title: | Boulter House |
| Author: | MacKaron, Erissa, Photographer |
| Description: | Frank Lloyd Wright (1867-1959) designed this home at 1 Rawson Woods Circle for Cedric G. Boulter, a professor of Classics at the University of Cincinnati in 1954. Like many of Wright's creations, the building is a horizontal composition built of concrete blocks and Taliesin red stained Douglas fir timbers. Wright also designed everything for the home including its light fixtures and furniture. Wright's student Ben Dombar (1916-) supervised the L-shaped building's construction. |
