Description
This book belongs to a collection of 99 notebooks regarding the history of theatre in Ireland over three centuries, researched and written by Irish drama critic William J. Lawrence. This collection was chosen to be a part of the Adopt‐a‐Book campaign by the University of Cincinnati Libraries. Information about the 2019 Adopt-a-Book event can be found <a href=https://libapps.libraries.uc.edu/adoptabook/>here</a>. This book is in great condition, expect for a newsprint foldout adhered to page 77. The attached foldout is tearing along the attached edge, and it is not possible to unfold it without causing further damage, since it is staring to tear along the folds as well. Therefore, treatment was conducted to remove and repair the torn newsprint foldout attached to page 77. In addition, the book received a protective enclosure.
