Abstract
Description
This is v.3 of a 3‐volume set. According to the head of Archives and Rare books, Kevin Grace, the 19th century bindings would have been bound by Clarke. Condition issues include: abrasion, weak flyleaves with breakpoint, corners abraded missing leather, gutters at both endcaps and leather turn‐ins broken, tears due to brittle endsheets adhered to text block, brittle cloth hinges (verso and recto) and red rot.
